Hypnotherapy For Insomnia

Insomnia & a lack of sleep can feel exhausting, frustrating & never ending & no doubt if you're on this page you might have a few of your own words to add to this too. Whether you struggle to fall asleep initially, or struggle to fall back to sleep if you wake during the night, it can become so wearing. Many clients I've worked with in the past have said during our initial chat that they just dread bedtime coming around, even though they're really tired.

 

The good news is that hypnotherapy can be an amazing way to break the cycle of insomnia in a really natural & effective way. Regaining your confidence that you can look forward to a good night's sleep is a game changer.

Sometimes there's a subconscious purpose as to why people struggle to settle into sleep, but for others it can be due to a well engrained (although unwanted) habit. I work with my clients to explore whether there are any subconscious needs that are not being met & we work together to find new ways for the subconscious mind to go about this. It's a combination on this alongside some great practical techniques that you can carry forward with you, to use at any time you might choose.

Sleep & rest are so important & I love working with people to help clear bad sleep cycles & reclaim amazing, restorative rest for themselves. Getting a good night's sleep on a regular basis is absolutely essential if we want to feel our best.
