Hypnosis is one of the oldest techniques used to support with pain relief. Rather than convincing you that your pain doesn’t exist, hypnotherapy focuses on reducing and releasing any fear, stress and anxiety in relation to your pain.
As a responsible and professional hypnotherapist, I can only work with pain that has been medically diagnosed. This is because pain can serve an important purpose of alerting you to a problem in your body that you need to investigate and manage. For this reason, we never remove the pain completely, however we can focus on reducing it to a level that is comfortable and manageable for you.
