HEY, I'M ROSIE
I’m a hypnotherapist helping women feel secure, loveable and truly at ease in love.

I have a degree in psychology and a deep obsession with the subconscious mind (because honestly… she runs the show).
I’m also…
-
A mum to an amazing 5 year old who I’m raising to have unshakeable self-worth
-
A rock band tee lover
-
An astrology and Human Design geek (Gemini Sun, Virgo Moon, Cap Rising and a Projector). I will absolutely look up your chart for fun. Yes, really.
And right now I’m dating with a level of self-worth that means I trust myself completely in the process.
No overthinking.
No trying to be chosen.
No losing myself to make something work.
Which is very different to who I used to be.
THE PART THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING
My pattern was self-worth.
Staying in relationships that weren’t right.
Taking on the responsibility of holding everything together.
Not fully seeing just how unhealthy it actually was.
I was so used to overriding what I knew deep down… I didn’t even realise I was doing it.
Questioning my choices.
Trying to be okay with being treated badly.
Not being met emotionally and shrinking rather than walking away.

THE TURNING POINT
After a relationship in my 20s that was… let’s call it soap-opera-level chaotic (cheating, betrayal, abusive - the full thing, which you often don’t see clearly until afterwards), I hit a point where something in me just snapped.
WTF am I doing? I’m worth more than this. I’d reached my limit.
And from that moment, a line had been drawn.
My self-worth didn’t just appear overnight, but from there it started building.
Stronger, clearer and harder to ignore every time I chose to honour it.
I left but a few months later even though I was over the relationship, I still felt angry.
It didn’t feel like me and I didn’t want to carry it.
So I casually tried a few hypnotherapy sessions and almost immediately, I felt lighter.
Like there was distance between what had happened and where I was now.
And from there, everything shifted.
THE REAL WORK
Because here’s the thing:
-
You can know you deserve better
-
You can see, so clearly, what wasn’t okay
-
You can promise yourself you won’t tolerate it again
And still find yourself:
-
Letting things slide that don’t feel good
-
Giving more than you’re receiving
-
Trying to make something work that isn’t meeting you
-
Walking into a relationship with someone new but the same patterns underneath
And this happens because something deeper is still running the show: your subconscious.
That’s the piece most people never get to.
The part that quietly says:
Just try a bit harder
Maybe this is enough
Don’t rock the boat
Until you reach the point where something in you says: No. This isn’t it.
HOW I GOT HERE (AND WHY THIS WORK MATTERS SO MUCH TO ME)
Everything I do now comes back to one thing: trusting myself.
Because for a long time, I thought that meant trusting myself to handle what was happening around me.
To be okay with it, make it work and stay.
Instead of listening to the part of me that already knew… this isn’t right for you.
And this might look slightly different for you.
It might be that same quiet knowing you keep overriding.
Or it might be the voice of anxiety that makes you question everything even when something is good.
Either way, it leaves you feeling unsure of what to trust.
What actually changes things is creating safety for that anxious part of you so it no longer needs to take over.
Because underneath it, there is a steadier voice.
-
The part of you that knows what feels right
-
That doesn’t need to overanalyse
-
That can trust easily when you’re with the right person
And that’s when relationships start to feel calmer, safer and like home.
HOW I CAN HELP YOU CHANGE THIS
This is the work I do with my clients.
We go beyond surface level fixes and just talking it through because this is deeper and it needs more than that.
We work with your subconscious; the part of you that’s been running these patterns in the background.
Because that’s where this actually lives.
We work on two levels:
1) In the moment
So when anxiety, doubt or overthinking shows up, you know exactly how to shift it.
No more spiralling for hours.
Or asking for reassurance on repeat.
You can come back to yourself in less than a minute.
2) And at the root
Where we change the beliefs that have been shaping how you experience love:
That you have to work for it
That it might be taken away
That you’re not fully safe in it
So your baseline shifts.
You feel calm in your relationship in a way that feels natural and steady.
You feel deeply worthy of being loved without needing to prove, earn or second guess it.
Being loved by someone who chooses you fully… just makes sense.
You’re not analysing it or trying to hold onto it.
You can finally just enjoy it.

WHAT THIS ACTUALLY FEELS LIKE
You see his name pop up on your phone and just smile.
You hear “I love you” and it lands, without that urge to question it.
You go to sleep without replaying the day or the relationship in your head.
You feel steady.
Like you can relax into the relationship instead of managing it.
Like you’re allowed to be there, fully, without bracing for something to change.
You’re not trying to hold everything together anymore. You’re just in it.
Clear in what you want and what you don't want.
And relationships start to feel how they’re meant to feel:
Calm. Safe. Like home.
So you can finally exhale.
